My Path Program is a non-profit organization that was organized in 2016 by a man with a vision to change the world. Seeing a world laden with teen bullying, suicide, and substance abuse as well as environments exposing young adults to violence and sexual abuse, he knew he needed to step up, and sought a way to make a change. He believes that every person is capable of greatness when given the proper tools, including positive role models for support, encouragement, and guidance through life, influencing the choices that young adults make while transitioning into adulthood.
More than the physical and mental benefits of boxing and fitness as a therapy for depression, anger, and anxiety, this program inspires a strong discipline, respect for self and others, and a positive self-image. The program incorporates group, as well as one-on-one communication individualized to the needs of the young adults to help identify specific struggles and teach to utilize appropriate coping skills. These kids are our future. They deserve the opportunity to reach their highest potential, and in this program, they can.
